1 Accept Terms

By accessing the Crix platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. Crix may update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, the English version shall prevail.

2 Account Registration & Security

To play on Crix, you must create a personal account. All information provided at registration must be accurate, current, and genuine. If an account is created using false or misleading information, Crix reserves the right to suspend or permanently close that account and forfeit any associated balance.

• Each individual may operate only one account.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility.
• Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact Support immediately.
• Crix may request a national ID or other supporting documents at any time for account verification purposes.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

Crix is strictly an 18+ platform. No person under the age of 18 may register or play on Crix. A national ID card or birth registration certificate may be required during registration to verify your age.

Crix does not permit the following individuals to create an account:

• Anyone under 18 years of age.
• Anyone whose account has been previously closed by Crix.
• Those enrolled in a self-exclusion program.
• Crix employees and their immediate family members.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on Crix are available via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be subject to delays.
• Crix reserves the right to suspend withdrawals on any transaction flagged as suspicious, pending verification.
• Payments to third-party accounts or another person's mobile number are not permitted.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Crix offers various types of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus has its own specific terms and conditions, which should be read carefully before claiming.

• Bonuses are generally not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Welcome bonuses are generally subject to wagering requirements of 10x to 30x.
• Each bonus can only be claimed once. Multiple members of the same household may not claim the same bonus.
• Wagering requirements must be met within a specified time period after claiming a bonus.
• Crix reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any confirmed bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting activity on Crix at all times. They are designed to ensure a fair and transparent gaming environment for everyone.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Crix reserves the right to void any winnings credited in error due to a system malfunction.
• Any bet found to be associated with match fixing or irregularities will be voided.
• Bets accepted before an odds change will generally be settled at the original odds, not the revised ones.
• Crix will not be held responsible for any issues arising from internet disconnection during live betting.
• Minimum bet amounts are determined by the specific terms of the relevant game.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Crix platform. Any such activity, if detected, will result in immediate account closure and legal action where necessary.

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Creating an account using someone else's identity.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or any automated tools.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or deceiving other players.
• Accessing the platform from a restricted region via VPN or proxy.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

• Your information is never sold to third parties.
• Information may be disclosed upon request from legal authorities.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Crix reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In cases of Terms & Conditions violations.
• If evidence of fraud or deception is found.
• If an underage user is identified.
• Upon direction from law enforcement authorities.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period.

You may also request account closure at any time by contacting support. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance before the account is closed.

10 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute with Crix, please contact our support team first. We believe most issues can be resolved through direct communication.

• An initial response will be provided within 72 hours of filing a complaint.
• Complex matters may take up to 14 business days to resolve.
• All decisions made by Crix are considered final and binding.
